When investigating using the\u00a0python api for Google Photos<\/a>\u00a0it soon became apparent that it was no longer possible to add existing photos to an existing album.<\/p>\n

The video shows how I managed to do this by recording http requests in Google Chrome and exporting to Curl Command.<\/p>\n

You will have to export the request every time your logged in session expires but for my usecase this is not a problem.<\/p>\n
